seriously delicious! Took the advice of another reviewer and chopped the spaghetti squash up so not so stringy. Paired with a (store bought) aioli, put the fritters over a bed of quinoa. Threw in some garlic & onion powder too...
I think wringing out the squash is an important step too...

Overall taste was good. Didn’t like the stringy spaghetti squash. Wondering if chopping up the spaghetti squash would make it better. Maybe I’ll try that next time.
