    Fabulous and delicious!!! Another way to do the corn would be to shuck it, put it on the grill, then chop it into the salad. But all of these flavors are amazing. I made it with the cilantro and lime dressing!

    All the family loved this. I used canned corn to make it easier and about half of the coriander as it's a strong flavour that not everyone likes.

    This was a pretty yummy recipe...for non-picky eaters. I thought it was a novel way to eat corn. The lime juice was surprisingly delicious with the corn and bacon, something I wasn't too sure about originally. But my massively picky boyfriend was grossed out by the combination of foods and textures. So beware if you're trying out this recipe on picky eaters...

    This recipe is a delight! So delish!! I added chopped jalapeño, tomatoes, & fresh garlic cloves. Decadently YUMMLY! We ate it with chips, as a pico type dip, on top of fish, and in fajitas.

    This was really good. substituted tomatoes for red peppers and my husband finally loved a salad with out a ton of ranch dressing on it.

    I add just a touch of heat with a fine diced jalapeño, also tomato & peppers together were colorful as well as tasty.
