I liked this recipe. I used cup 4 cup gluten free blend and weight measurements suggestions in grams for this blend to hit 2 cups. I am also a lazy baker so I melted the butter and mixed with the liquid ingredients and folded it into the dry. They turned out perfect! Next time I’ll leave out the bacon. I felt it was a bit too much going on for me. I also combined butter salt garlic and parsley to brush the tops. Made this recipe for Biscuit and gravy.

These were great!! Used only cheese and they are very light and tasty used the President’s Choice Gluten Free flour in this recipe.
