- 16 oz. pasta wheels (Camembert or Brie)
- 5 oz. baby spinach (fresh)
- 2 oz. heavy cream

Directions
- Chop bacon and cook in pan until crispy, add chopped green onions. Meanwhile bake brie at 375.
- When brie is melted in the center, cut open, remove rind and add melted brie to the pan with the bacon, and green onion. Add a touch of cream to thin out mixture..
- Mix well, take off heat, and serve on crepes.
