The was good but extremely greasy. Probably recommend removing all the greace out of the pan. The cheese does melt very well.

This dish was kinda dry when made according to directions, second time i cooked it I added asparagus and 3/4 of a cup to a cup of heavy cream and cut down on the bacon grease to a tblsp also added as much garlic as my heart desired!

It was really good, but I added a few handfuls of spinach at the end and added some Italian season and garlic

This is a repeat presence at our table. Serve is up with some fresh bread and top with Roma tomato.
