  • 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
  • 1 whole onion (large)
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 salt (scant tablespoon)
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 qt. canola oil
  • 4 oz. goat cheese (softened)
  • 4 strips thick cut bacon
  • buns (Million Dollar, they are killer!, sorry I can't stop myself)
  • butter (softened)
