These were good.
Easy to make.
It would work better to stir the eggs and pour into each muffin cup.

This recipe had a weird taste to it. I'm not sure why. I should have scrambled the egg before adding as having a whole yolk ruined the flavor and texture.

Lovely novelty breakfast for a change. Chose to scramble the eggs and grate cheddar cheese on top. Served with half piece of toast. It was fun and perfect.

It worked out very well. I added some diced and sautéed potatoes as well. Super convenient and delicious!!
