- 1 can crescent rolls (Pillsbury, or the seamless dough sheet. I used the reduced fat version.)
- 1 cup cooked bacon (diced, you can add ham or cooked sausage if you like)
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pinch salt (& Pepper)
- 1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese (shredded Colby-, blend or mild cheddar, 6 oz)
- 8 oz. gravy (Sausage, Optional, I used Odom’s Tennessee Pride. I keep a few of these on hand in the freezer.)
- 1/2 cup green peppers (or red, diced)
- 1/2 cup onions (chopped)
- 1/2 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/2 cup green onions (. sliced thin)
