Bacon and Brie Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with Raspberry Jam

- 1 Tbsp. butter (softened)
- 4 slices bread
- 2 Tbsp. Smucker's Seedless Red Raspberry Jam
- 4 oz. brie cheese (cut in thin slices)
- 4 slices cooked bacon

Directions
- SPREAD half of the butter on one side of two slices of bread. Place buttered bread on work surface, butter side down.
- SPREAD jam on top surface of buttered bread. Top with cheese, bacon and remaining bread to form sandwiches. Spread remaining butter on tops of sandwiches.
- HEAT large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Place sandwiches in skillet. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown on bottom. Turn and cook other side until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
