So good! I used a jalapeño cream cheese and a maple smoked bacon so it was a great blend of sweet & spicy. Paired it with an oven roasted red potato and BBQ ranch. Actually drizzled the BBQ ranch over the chicken after it came out of the oven. Great choice!

this was great my husband loved it! the wrapping of the bacon ensured that most of the cheese stayed inside the rolled up chicken. Definately broil for a few minutes to crisp up the bacon!
