Simple and yummy. It may have been that my cuts of pork were thicker (about 1 1/2 inch) that what they used but pork wasn’t quiiiite done in the thickest parts. Easy fix to throw the pieces that needed more time back on but without the bacon as it was already fully cooked and didn’t want it to burn. Yummy just maybe specify the thickness of the pork chops in the recipe for a consistent outcome!:)
