    Great. I added sliced onions under bacon. Only put sugar under bacon so not to burn it. Took 20 min in my oven for bacon crisp. Brats already fully cooked in beer. Did not over lap bacon. Wrapped in spirals. We put a small amount of mustard to eat.f

    This was a great recipe and a big hit with the kids. I increased cooking times across the board because the meat was still pretty raw at the recommended cook time.
