Made it twice in one week. Once for a friend and once for my family. It is good as a leftover and fresh off the stove.

Made this using just pantry items - substituted uncured bacon bits for the bacon, used frozen tricolor tortellini and broccoli florets leftover from a function! My family gobbled it up in one sitting. Delicious.

I'm such a cheese and pasta lover, which is one thing I will not give up, but will not consume as much as I did when I was younger. So the older I've gotten the more health conscience I've become. Turkey bacon instead of pork, & 2% milk and since cheese is already salty be careful of the salt, but all other ingredients I keep.
