I’m not a huge fan of ranch, but this was very good. A family hit! It’s so easy to make. This will be my go to Mac salad for pot luck BBQ’s once this pandemic is under control.

This is easy to make and delicious. If you don’t have time to cook the bacon, bacon bits work well.

Pretty delicious, i just made a couple of tweeks for my preference. Added more bacon, used about 1-1/2x the original amount. Also added more mayo and a little water to make it a bit "saucier". The recipe is easily expandable for larger crowds. I made the 18 serving size and then doubled it for 36 servings. It filled a deep full hotel pan to the top!

Excellent salad. I added franks red hot to add some spice. Also cucumbers instead of peas with shredded cheese is good! Great side!
