- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms (sliced)
- black pepper
- garlic powder
- crushed red pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth (or white wine, if needed to help saute the mushrooms)
- 3/4 lb. bacon (I use center cut bacon to reduce fat)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/3 cup serrano peppers (chopped, or other spicy pepper of your choice)
- 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 cup heavy cream (room temperature)
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan (room temperature)
- 4 eggs (room temperature)
- 1 lb. pasta (your choice. We like a thick spaghetti.)
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley (minced)
