    This turned out really good. I only changed a few items. 1) I used Worcestershire Sauce instead of Balsamic Vinegar, because I didn't have any. 2) I used Truffle Mustard (non-grainy). 3) I added a few grinds of Smoked Sea Salt after cooking. Had this on burgers for the first taste! Yummy! Next ... I'm going to try it as a glaze on Meatloaf! Can't wait! I will definitely be making this again!
