Really yummy and flavorful. I only had 2 slices of bacon left, no peas and carrots so used Brussel sprouts, and chopped up
6 leftover shrimp- but what really makes the recipe is the fresh ginger, garlic, and soy sauce, just the right amount of each and it’s perfect (bacon also necessary cuz everything is better with bacon). Thank you for the recipe, will be my go to from now on!

Turned out very good, I used just cooked rice(jasmine) as I didnt plan ahead. Made a good amount and I look forward to the leftovers tomorrow
