- 4 slices bacon (chopped)
- 4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless thin sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 12 oz. evaporated skim milk (fat-free, warmed, I used half-and-half)
- 1/2 cup 2% milk (warmed, plus more for thinning)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 16 cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/3 cup peas (cooked)
