- 1 pkg. crescent rolls (pillsbury reduced fat)
- 1 lb. extra lean ground beef (cooked)
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. mustard (I used honey Dijon)
- 1/4 cup panko crumbs
- 2/3 cup grated cheese (light, I use weight watchers Mexican blend)
- 4 slices bacon (low point, cooked, I use Oscar Mayer center cut, 2 slices for 1pp)

Great right out of the oven. Probably should pre-cook the crust a little longer than it says as it comes out a bit undercooked in the middle. Simple recipe, a little bit on the dry side reheated the next day

This dish was great! I used the Pillsbury pie crust instead and it came out perfect. Also, make sure to cook the crust a little before adding the filling so that the middle is done once completed. 😊
