Great, easy recipe. I add diced ham and Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, and smoked Gouda cheese as my cheese choice. I will also add fresh broccoli or mushrooms if they happen to be in my vegetable drawer. You can substitute 1/2 and 1/2, or any type of milk instead of heavy cream. I do use a prepared pie crust to save time. If you want a bit of a kick add a dash or two of Tabasco sauce to egg mixture.
