my daughter is a vegetarian so i substitute jalapeños and serranos for the bacon. i also sprinkle a little flaky sea salt on top before baking. fantastic recipe.

They were great! No bacon handy so I used ham. Added an extra bit of grated cheddar to the top of a few of them after brushing with the egg/water mixture. They were all excellent.

Delicious! These were a huge hit. I made the dough the day before and cooked them in the morning and they were so delicious. I replaced one cup of the AP flour with cake flour and made them mini scones. Delicious
