This is the perfect way to dress up a tenderloin. My whole family loves when I make it.

Huge hit in my house. I used more bacon than the recipe called for to make sure the tenderloin was completely wrapped (I cook for a carnivore). The pork was excellent. So juicy and flavorful. It definitely did not look pretty -- a lot of the bacon wound up coming off as I cut the tenderloin -- but that may have just been me. I'll definitely be making this again.
