- 2 cups veggies (mixed, *I used frozen)
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. seasoning salt

My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. I changed a few things such as utilizing egg noodles, used 3 cans of different veggies, and I didn't put the fried onions into the mixture and only put them on top (I think this kept the moisture in the dish). There are so many flavors and textures, it was absolutely satisfying!! I will definitely be adding this to my list of regularly prepared meals.
