Loved it. Used red wine as I didn’t have any sherry. Served it over tortellini. It was even better Day 2.

This was yummy, only thing I did different was add an extra clove and serving with jasmine rice. I recommend sprinkling with seasoned salt on top!

Nice, simple recipe that’s very tasty. Would rate five stars, but directions could be improved with heat settings etc.
