- 2 Tbsp. oil (I like to use coconut oil, but avocado or vegetable will work too)
- 3 garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 bunches greens (ribs removed, and torn, kale and Swiss chard are favorites)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups chopped mushrooms
- 2 cups broccoli (chopped, cauliflower or Brussels sprouts)
- 2 cups squash (chopped)
