I love this recipe, it’s not heavy and you can taste the potatoes. Whenever I make this for company, I’m always asked for recipe

Made tonight for a dinner party tomorrow. Was surprised that the potatoes could go in hot and be served warm or cold. I think I may serve this warm over the holiday season

Fast and easy. Never made potato salad before but had some red potatoes I needed to use. I'm horrible about measuring, lil of this lil of that, and these ingredients were perfect for that! Used tri colored peppers and added a bit of jalapeno for a kick. Definitely added to my recipe box!

Went heavy on dressing, adding some Italian (rice-vinegar based) dressing as well. Perfect amount of creaminess. Could have cut potatoes smaller and added extra veggies.

Added a little more mayo and mustard but other than that it was easy and delicious!

Really yummy! The green pepper was an interesting tang to the recipe, but I'm not sure it added anything spectacular. Play around with the add-ins until it's just the way you like it. The vinaigrette is AMAZING!

I thought this recipe was easy! And pretty good. I did however leave out the onions, but added bacon. My husband, the chef, loves bacon. But who doesn't? So my suggestion, add a bit more pepper and bacon!

This is decent. I think next time I'll add egg to give it more pop, and remember to be easy on the mustard I'm pretty sure I added too much
