- 1 butternut squash (x good sized, ideally organic peeled and cut in to bite size chunks, approx. 4 cups)
- 2 red onions (x small, peeled and chopped into small wedges)
- 1 paprika (x teaspoon of)
- 1 extra virgin olive oil (x tablespoon of)
- 2 eggs (x large, free range, organic)
- 1 butter (x small knob of)
- 200 grams Swiss chard (70z of, cut in 5cm strips width wise)
- 1/3 seeds (a cup of mixed, I used toasted pumpkin, sunflower and linseed)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
