Loved it, just added more to it- diced pea pods, peanuts, shaved Brussel sprouts, plus seasame oil, less of the sugar, and rice vinegar instead.
Making it again!! (Might try Napa cabbage, too.) also going to try this as I saw it in comments- bet you could do this in toaster oven on toast, too.
“Simply place the crushed ramen noodles, almonds and sesame seeds on a rimmed cookie sheet - I line mine with foil for easier containment, pouring, and cleanup- and bake at 350 and stir every 5 to 10 minutes until everything is toasted.”

Really, really good! This is super easy to make and it tastes delicious and fresh.
