Ok listen - there's a lot of reasons to not make this recipe.....the +/-3 hours of prep time, the difficult-to-find ingredient, the probably not-so-healthy fat and sugar content. But if you throw caution to the wind, order some tamarind concentrate from Amazon, and indulge yourself in this recipe....You. Will. Be. Rewarded.
