These turned out wonderfully! They were for sure fall-off-the-bone tender! I was planning to make ribs, and just so happened to have part of a bottle of Thai sweet chili sauce in my fridge that needed to be used up, so this was perfect. The chili sauce gave it a tangy flavor without being too spicy. My husband asked why we haven’t been making this for years. We will definitely be making it again in the near future!

It was delicious and very very very tender. It did fall off the bones. My sister and I both did a batch. She added onion powder and garlic as well as the salt and pepper and it was just as good. This was voted an all time favorite and what I loved was the ease of making it. One trick my brother in law gave was when pulling off the membrane to use a paper towel. It helped SO much. Great recipe.

Excellent recipe! Everyone wanted more.
My son loves baby back ribs and always orders them wherever we go(he chooses restaurants by rib availability). He told me mine(this recipe), could win any competition against any restaurant. Needless to say, we’ll be making these regularly.
