Might need to carve a bit of a hole for egg to sit in. Also important not to over cook mushroom as it flattens out and cannot hold egg. I added green onion, real bacon bits and shredded cheese on top. Use smoked balsamic for smoky goodness.

Loved the flavors but couldn’t get an egg to stay in my mushroom (too shallow) so I just topped it with a fried egg. Added some sautéed tomatoes too! Perfection
