- 2 eggs (plus one more beaten for an egg wash)

- 1 bell pepper (mini sweet, seeded and diced, or half of a medium regular bell pepper)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

This was a good breakfast idea. I used homemade pizza dough and added some chopped zucchini and other veggies to make it more filling, and I baked it at 450 on a pizza stone.
