Directions
- Bake a 6-in. corn tortilla at 375°F until crispy, about 5 minutes per side. Cook 2 slices of bacon until crispy; chop or crumble. Mix 1/8 tsp ranch seasoning into 2 1/2 tsp light mayo. Add 1/3 cup shredded lettuce; stir to coat. Top tortilla with lettuce mixture, 1/4 cup diced tomato, and bacon.
