- 1 head lettuce (romaine, iceberg, etc..)
- 1/2 pt. grape tomatoes (sliced)
- 8 slices bacon (cut into a small dice and fried until crispy)
- 1/2 red onion (medium, diced finely)
- 1/2 green bell pepper (finely diced)
- 5 1/2 cups ranch dressing (recipe below **Note you an also use a store brand Ranch powder mix and follow directions per package instructions.)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. seasoning (salt)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. fresh dill (minced)
- black pepper
- 2 tsp. parsley (fresh minced)
- 2 tsp. chives (fresh minced)
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
