- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup cranberries (Trader Joe’s orange flavored)
- 1/2 Orange
- 1/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
- 1 cup graham crackers (small pieces, with cinnamon sugar)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cups plain greek yogurt
- 2 cups milk (May vary due to kind of flour used and how you like your waffles. We like ours on the lighter side, so sometimes use more milk than others do.)
- 2 cups tonic water
