- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 cup banana (pureed overripe, see note)
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk (plain)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 4 Tbsp. chocolate chips (non-dairy mini or regular, optional)
- 1 cup rolled oats (use certified gluten-free for that option)
- 1 cup oat flour (use certified gluten-free for that option)
- 1/3 cup raisins (or cranberries, or combination of both)
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened finely, or hemp seeds)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1 tsp. lemon zest (or orange zest optional, but adds beautiful essence)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 3 pinches freshly grated nutmeg (optional, but adds extra flavor if not using zest)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (see note for substitution)
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (see note)
- 3 Tbsp. non dairy chocolate chips (optional if needing sugar-free)
- 1 1/4 cups oat flour

- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk (plain)
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 3/4 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen, tossed in 1-2 tsp extra oat flour)
- 1 cup rolled oats
