Directions
- Heat a pot up on high.Add the olive oil and the onion after the beef.Extinguish with red wine and add the tomato,ketshup,carrots,garden peas,salt and pepper, sugar and about 1 and a half glass off water.
- When the food is almost ready we add the dill and reduction the liquid.
