These turned out fabulous! After cutting my tempeh strips, I shortened my prep time
by using a store bought BBQ rub along with the brown sugar. Let the strips marinate about an hour in the fridge before placing strips on a prepared super hot grill pan. Let
cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until they got some grill marks, then finished up in oven using store bought BBQ sauce doctored up with a little smoked paprika. This is definitely a keeper.
