- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika

Could not give this much if anything at all. Other than it be fall apart tender (I did it the oven adjusting time & temp) this was pretty bad. Why I did not see it coming I cannot answer with that much tomato paste in the recipe but it was tomato paste over load. All you could taste was a can of tomato paste! The photo shown looks completely different from what mine turned out like. IF i tried it again and I don't see why I would I would do maybe a tablespoon or two of paste or none at all. Now I am left trying to figure out what I might do with all the leftovers. Used a really nice chuck roast and hate like heck to throw it out!
