- 16 oz. pork (prepared pulled, I did mine in the crock pot)
- 1 cup bbq sauce (MDP’s son loves Sweet Baby Ray’s so that’s what we went with)
- 1 lb. pasta (your choice of shape but keep them short…we went spiral)
- 5 cups cheese (three, blend, mine was American, Cheddar, and Colby, divided)
- 4 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- salt
- pepper
