    Good and easy. Essentially dump everything in and walk away. We did find it a bit dry and added BBQ sauce when served

    Easy recipe and great on its own. We spiced it up a bit with sriracha

    It was good. I doubled the recipe and added 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Everyone liked it!

    I really liked this! I didn't have dijon mustard or tabasco so I used yellow mustard (a little more than the recipe called for) and "salsa valentina" and this tasted great on dinner rolls. Easy to make and not an overpowering bbq flavor.

    This was very tasty. I made 12 lbs for a party and upped the spices a bit. The sauce can stand on its own merits and would be great for BBQ. Next time I will make some for those who like it saucy.

    This dish is a hit with everyone I've cooked it for, and it's such an easy recipe to follow. The sauce that the chicken simmers in is just fine, but honestly I splurge and buy a variety of BBQ sauces (Carolina, Texas, etc.) so guests can pick out their favorite flavor to top their sandwich with. For example, a Carolina style BBQ sauce topped with coleslaw is my favorite way to eat this sandwich. With a side of mac and cheese too, of course.
