- 30 oz. kidney beans (or 3 cups cooked kidney beans, drained and rinsed)
- 1/2 cup A1 steak sauce (or BBQ sauce)
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 cup cooked rice (cold)
- 1 cup oats (old fashioned or quick oats)
