- 3/4 cup bbq sauce (I suggest making your own with little to no sweetener - see notes)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (I opted for a raw goat milk cheddar, leave off for paleo)

- 1/2 red onion (small, very thinly sliced)
- salt (Red Hawaiian Alaean)
- sliced green onion (thinly)
- pineapple (add chopped, if that’s your thing)
