- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1 garlic clove (finely minced)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper

Great. But I didn’t marinade, didn’t have time. Cooked it on a grill pan. Husband and guest loved it. That’s all that matters.

This was amazing and we Loved it! Will definitely be making it again! It makes a lot of food I think it would feed 6 easy!
