- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup red onion (finely chipped)
- 1 Tbsp. bbq seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. macadamia nut oil

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Combine all ingredients except the oil and shape into 4 equal patties. They might be a little hard to work with because they are so moist.
- . Layer them on plate with wax paper and put in fridge for 15 min or so.
