- 1/4 cup dill pickles (sliced cold, See Note)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (+ 2 tablespoons)

I make this about once a month. I love the flavor combo of sweet and savory. The kids don’t like sweet potatoes or coleslaw, so they get the chicken in buns with sides of raw veggies. I also make extra sweet potatoes for leftovers. They are great for breakfast or on salads.
