- 1 cup old fashioned oats (use certified gluten free if necessary)
- 1 5/16 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 large egg (slightly beaten)
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. steak sauce (I used A1)
- 8 Tbsp. bbq sauce (divided plus more for serving)
- 12 oz. sharp cheddar cheese (cubed into 1/2 - 1 oz cubes)
