This recipe is fantastic, quite tasty, you do have to watch the meat closely on the grill, but other than that it's foolproof! The description of how to properly prepare break down the pork shoulder were very helpful, we ate this dish with rice and had plenty left over, i added some sliced leftovers to spring rolls as well as a vietnamese noodle dish and it went very well with both dishes.
