- olive oil spray
- 1 Tbsp. liquid aminos
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- salt
- black pepper
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (there's a great recipe in my book, or you could use my Jalapeño Plum BBQ Sauce or store-bought)
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 cups mixed greens (or lettuce)
- 1 1/2 cups corn kernels
- 1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 avocado (pitted, peeled, and chopped into chunks)
- ranch dressing (Zesty)
- onion rings (Crispy Baked, recipe in book)
