- 1/4 cup bbq sauce (your choice)
- 3 Tbsp. juices (from crockpot)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 15 oz. black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 2 scallions (thinly sliced)
- 1 jalapeño (seeds and ribs removed, finely chopped)
- 1 lime (zest and juice of)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 cups napa cabbage (shredded)
- 1 lime (juice of)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- corn tortillas (you can also use flour)
